Please expect at least 2-3 business days for fulfillment followed by 5-7 business days for delivery.

Simplici-Tea is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality products and your experience is important to us. If you feel like our product did not meet your expectations, contact us through email within 15 days of delivered item. For returns, unopened product can be returned for store credit within 15 days to the return address on the package. Opened tea and used teaware cannot be returned for refund. All shipping costs for refunds of store credit are paid by the returning party.
