Do you struggle with your daily water intake? The recommended amount of water that we suppose to drink is 8oz cups. I know some people who use those fruity powders to make their water tolerable, but did you know that you could drink tea instead?


Tea is 98% of water and 2% tea. Say it with me, HYDRATION! Water is needed so that our nails, skin, and hair can flourish to their fullest potential. Also, our body needs water to function correctly, such as maintaining the balance of your body fluids and helping with your kidneys. We want to feel and look our best selves, so the most straightforward thing we can do is increase our water intake through tea.


Along with staying hydrated with tea, we can't forget all the other health benefits that tea offers. So the question is, why not tea? One way to get you to your "best self" is to add tea to your daily routine. Don't look at it as a chore; think of it as a lifestyle change.
